Had a new boiler fitted. Service was great from first visit to being told it was all done. The engineer Ray, was pleasant, reliable and knowledgeable and no question was too much for him. Ray was very polite and explained all the options I had open to me. I received a detailed quote of the various options and made my choice. The lady in the office was lovely and helped me organise a suitable date for fitting and explained how long it might take. Ray worked very hard and non-stop from the moment he arrived at 9am until the moment he left at 5.30pm. The boiler looks very smart and I look forward to lower heating bills this winter.
