Ray was very polite and explained all the options I had open to me. I received a detailed quote of the various options and made my choice. The lady in the office was lovely and helped me organise a suitable date for fitting and explained how long it might take. Ray worked very hard and non-stop from the moment he arrived at 9am until the moment he left at 5.30pm. The boiler looks very smart and I look forward to lower heating bills this winter.
